Job Summary:

3V Fasteners, a leading manufacturer of precision, aerospace threaded fasteners, has immediate opportunities on our 2nd shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM) for experienced machinists for our Corona, California facility, for the following positions.

Positions Available:

• Tool Makers - Working from sketches, drawings and verbal instructions from supervisor, responsible for constructing, altering, or repairing a wide variety of standard and non-standard developmental and experimental tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to close tolerances. Qualified candidates will be experienced in setting up and operating lathes, honing machines, surface grinders, hydraulic presses and other tool room machinery.

• Centerless Grinders - This position is responsible for setting up and operating a Cincinnati #2 Centerless Grinder to produce high quality aerospace fasteners. Must be able to work to close tolerances. Must be able to establish proper wheel speeds and stock removal rates for optimum efficiency.

Qualifications:

The qualified candidates will have 5-7 years relevant working experience with aerospace fastener manufacturing.
